How long until my order is dispatched?
All orders are aimed to be dispatched within one working day. However, some times there may be delays due to current stock & availability but we aim to notify customers of this.
Which delivery service do you use?
Most deliveries are handled by Royal Mail and are often shipped 1st Class. Due to operational needs we may need to send this 2nd Class or via a courier company but all details will be sent on your dispatch notification email. Most orders are sent untracked.
My order has not arrived?
If your order has not arrived and you have not been sent a dispatch / delay delivery email please contact us.
If your order has not arrived within 15 working days of dispatch (UK) please contact us and we can proceed with a claim for Royal Mail and issue a replacement or refund. We are unable to do anything until this date.
